Key Responsibilities Monitor and control quality performance throughout the manufacturing process. Reduce production scrap and support continuous quality improvement initiatives. Lead and support the QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control) system, ensuring rapid problem-solving and implementation of corrective actions. Perform process quality monitoring, quality data collection, statistical analysis, and reporting. Manage supplier quality complaints, coordinate containment actions for non-conforming materials, and provide feedback to SQE and suppliers. Conduct outgoing inspections, prepare quality reports, and release outgoing inspection documentation for required projects. Control the blocking and release of non-conforming manufacturing and warehouse parts, including quarantine area management. Maintain measuring instruments, calipers, and gauges, and support MSA (Measurement System Analysis) evaluations. Review Control Plans, Quality Standards, Work Instructions, and other quality documentation for new projects. Collaborate with other RA manufacturing plants to support quality initiatives and standardization. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Quality Engineer or related quality control position. 3+ years of experience in quality control within the automotive manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of Automotive Quality Core Tools, including APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, PFMEA, and Control Plans. Certified Internal Auditor for
IATF 16949.
Familiarity with ISO 14001 and
ISO 45001
standards. Strong logical thinking and structured problem-solving skills. Experience using measuring equipment, including calipers, gauges, diameter gauges, height gauges, hardness testers, and CMM. Ability to interpret basic engineering drawings. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, email, and Minitab.
