Role:

Plan, coordinate, conduct, and document risk-based internal audits.

Manage audit findings, corrective-action follow-up, and effectiveness verification.

Evaluate QMS processes for compliance, implementation, and effectiveness.

Facilitate root-cause analysis and corrective actions for internal and customer-related issues.

Improve the nonconformance process, including code standardization, data integrity, trend analysis, and reporting.

Develop procedures, work instructions, metrics, and training materials.

Support management review and enterprise Quality-improvement initiatives.

Train and mentor internal auditors, Quality team members, and process owners.

Collaborate with Supplier Quality, Operations, Welding, Inspection, IT, and other functional teams.

Other duties assigned as the business needs change. What You Should Bring to this

Role:

3+ years manufacturing, quality or process improvement experiencePrefer BS degree in areas related to manufacturing, industrial engineering, and engineering technologyDemonstrated ability to lead and drive change throughout the organization.

Proficiency with MS Office tools and inspection equipmentDetail oriented, fast paced, and self-directedStrong analytical, numerical, and reasoning abilitiesHands-on involvement in operationsStrong communication skills
