- Solve problems with product quality using root cause analysis and implementing countermeasures
- Coordinate technician activities across all shifts to complete critical quality control reaction plans including hold orders and reworks
- Quality Control continuous improvement activities and problem solving methodology ## Minimum requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 6+ months of manufacturing experience (experience may include co-ops or internships) ## Preferred skills and experiences
- 2 years of quality or engineering experience in a manufacturing facility
- OpEx, Six Sigma Black Belt, or similar statistical analysis certifications
