• Drive daily production excellence within a metal stamping environment by optimizing manufacturing processes
• Enhance stamping, fabrication, and laser cutting operations through continuous process improvement initiatives
• Identify and resolve quality issues to ensure consistent, high-performance product output
• Partner closely with production, tooling, and maintenance teams to troubleshoot and eliminate operational challenges
• Implement strategies to minimize scrap rates and maximize material efficiency
• Ensure full compliance with customer quality standards and specifications Key Requirements
• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) required
• 3-6 years of professional experience working with metal formed products
• Demonstrated expertise in Process Engineering and/or Quality Engineering disciplines
