The organization specializes in metal stamping, fabrication, tooling, assembly, and finishing services, supporting both low-volume and high-volume production needs. With multiple facilities around the country, the company offers the stability of a long-established manufacturer while maintaining the close-knit culture of a family-owned business Job Description Perform and support product inspections and quality verification activities Lead corrective action investigations and CAPA initiatives Manage customer RMAs and quality-related concerns Collaborate directly with customers to address quality issues and improvement opportunities Prepare and submit PPAP documentation Support quality system compliance and continuous improvement activities Analyze quality data and identify trends Work closely with manufacturing teams to resolve nonconformances Assist with audits and quality documentation Support ERP-related quality processes and reporting MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant A successful Quality Engineer should have: Bachelor's degree preferred but not required Hands-on inspection experience required PPAP experience required CAPA experience required Experience handling RMAs and customer quality concerns Familiarity with ERP systems Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills Experience with ISO 9001 or AS9100 quality systems preferred CMM experience, particularly MCOSMOS, is a plus Strong communication and problem-solving abilities What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 per year.
