This is a highly visible role where you'll own quality initiatives, influence cross-functional teams, and drive measurable business impact . What You'll Do Own quality performance by partnering with operations, suppliers, and customers to resolve issues and ensure consistent product excellence Lead supplier quality efforts—driving issue resolution, improving communication, and ensuring materials meet DuPont standards Investigate and resolve quality incidents , leading root cause analysis and corrective actions to prevent recurrence Support metrology and inspection processes , ensuring accuracy and reliability in measurement systems Drive data-based improvements through analysis, metrics tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives Implement Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and maintain robust quality control processes Lead or contribute to RCCA investigations to mitigate risks across customer, supplier, and internal processes Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100, AS13100, NADCAP, and other regulatory requirements Partner on engineering changes , supporting ECN reviews and product documentation updates Support audit readiness and execution , including internal, supplier, customer, and third-party audits What You Bring Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum 3+ years of quality engineering experience in a manufacturing environment Experience working within ISO9001, TS16949, or AS9100 quality management systems Strong knowledge of: Blueprint reading Inspection methods and metrology GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) APQP, PFMEA, and Control Plans Proven ability to analyze data, solve problems, and drive process improvements Preferred Qualifications Experience with AS13100 and NADCAP Six Sigma certification (preferred) Exposure to aerospace programs (e.g., Pratt & Whitney, Safran, Collins Aerospace) ASQ Quality Engineer certification (or willingness to obtain)
