You will have the opportunity to: Serve as the key quality expert for our manufacturing sites, driving alignment with global standards and strategies. Champion process standardization across all plants, implementing best practices for inspection, testing, and containment. Lead cross-functional problem-solving using structured methods like 8D and 5-Why to identify root causes and prevent future issues. Use your analytical skills to monitor key quality metrics , turning data into actions that reduce defects and improve customer satisfaction. Play a vital role in new product launches by ensuring manufacturing readiness and supporting customer quality activities, including PPAP submissions. The ideal candidate will have:

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field. 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing, customer, or supplier quality role. Deep expertise in quality systems ( ISO/IATF ), structured problem-solving ( 8D, 5-Why ), and core quality tools ( PPAP, NPD ). A proven ability to drive standardization and coordinate improvements across multiple manufacturing sites.
