\n\nJOB SUMMARY\n\nIn this position, the Validation Engineer will have the following areas of responsibility:\u00a0 Process Validation, Cleaning Validation, Facility Qualification, and Equipment Qualification.\n\nRESPONSIBILITIES

AND LEARNING

OPPORTUNITIES\n\nProcess Validation:

\n \n\n

• Work on all aspects of manufacturing process validation and revalidation, including related change controls.\n \n\n
• Evaluate Critical Process Parameters and Critical Quality Attributes for new products.\u00a0 Create sampling and testing plan for each process validation protocol.\n \n\n
• Technical writing:\u00a0 Write process validation protocols and validation summary reports.\n \n\n
• Perform risk assessments of formulations and manufacturing processes.\n \n\n
• Document and close out deviations to protocol.\u00a0 Investigate causes for failing analytical results and process failures.\n \n\n
• Provides protocol training to Manufacturing and Quality Control personnel.

\n\n

Cleaning Validation:

\n \n\n

• Work on all aspects of cleaning validation and verification, including related change controls.\n \n\n
• Validate the cleaning processes for new equipment and for the cleaning process in existing equipment after making new products.\n \n\n
• Maintain the ongoing annual cleaning verification program.\n \n\n
• Evaluate alternate cleaning agents and methods as needed and their potential impact on the validated status of cleaning processes.\n \n\n
• Technical writing for cleaning validation protocols and validation summary reports.

Facility Qualification:
