As a Senior Reliability Engineer you will provides reliability, technical, and engineering services to optimize fixed and rotating equipment life in a safe and effective manner.. You can help achieve this goal if you can: Provide technical assistance in resolving equipment design, operation, and maintenance problems. Assistsin formulating, implementing, maintaining, and auditing Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Diagnostic Maintenance (PDM) programs. Assist Operations, Product Control, and Maintenance Departments in developing procedures, training, and processes to ensure equipment is operated within its design parameters. Advise engineering on new capital designs and installations to ensure that equipment reliability, operability, and maintainability are addressed. Develop and review equipment specifications and standards for reliability improvement. Develop and track cost justifications for reliability improvement. Provide Refinery support during planned and unplanned outages, including availability to respond to and support critical business needs during off-hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Performs all duties following the safety rules and guidelines established by the Refinery. This position is salaried exempt status, which means you are not eligible for overtime pay.
