Job Description
This role is pivotal in enhancing the reliability and efficiency of mechanical and electrical systems across the facility. Your responsibility will include spearheading maintenance strategies to reduce equipment downtime and prevent system failures. You'll manage work orders, ensuring they are created, executed accurately, and closed effectively using CMMS. By leading in-depth analysis of equipment issues, you'll prevent recurrences and facilitate seamless production processes. Collaborating closely with teams and leading technical guidance, you'll support operational goals while driving continuous improvements in line with Lean Manufacturing practices. Monitoring and enhancing key performance indicators will be integral to success in this role. Nigel
