As a Quality Engineer, you will be an integral part of the Quality Department supporting manufacturing and laboratory operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will enable you to thrive in a collaborative and innovative environment.

Schedule:
M-F 40 hours/week What's the Job? Actively partner with Manufacturing departments, providing tactical Quality support to the teams Investigate, analyze, and correct non-conformances (internal, external, and systemic issues) Lead root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and ensure their effectiveness Collect, analyze, and present Quality data to support continuous improvement Create and revise quality documents aligned with regulations and best practices, supporting change control activities What's Needed? At least 1+ year experience in a Quality Engineering position, with familiarity in principles within Certified Quality Engineer (ASQ CQE) Body of Knowledge Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or Engineering (Chemical, Biomedical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Quality) or demonstrated equivalent work experience Knowledge of standards such as
ISO 13485
2016, ISO 9001:2015, and
ISO 14971
