You will be the Quality Analyst for the Archbald Quality team. Our team is responsible for supporting multiple programs across CCA, Electro/Mechanical Assembly, Cable/Harness, and Supplier Quality. What You Will Be Doing As the Quality Analyst you will be responsible for ensuring product and process quality across assigned programs. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Perform quality inspections and audits on components and assemblies. Identify and document nonconformances, drive root cause analysis. Coordinate corrective and preventive actions with suppliers and internal teams. Support CCA, Electro/Mechanical Assembly, Cable/Harness, and Supplier Quality initiatives. Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education. Ability to focus on continual improvement practices using causal analysis tools to drive corrective and preventive actions. Be able to effectively communicate with Customer, Program team and other functional departments. Willingness/ability to travel to support new training requirements and/or program issues/needs as they arise. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment. Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and support engineering activities related to special process surveys and supplier issues. Ability to pass visual acuity and color perception exam. Ability to obtain a secret security clearance so must be a US Citizen.
Desired Skills:
Knowledge and understanding of electrical and mechanical blueprint reading, critical design attributes and auditing/surveying capabilities. Strong communication (both oral and written) will be necessary to support the assignment. Circuit Card Assembly, Electro-Mechanical, Cable/Harness, or Fabrication experience Experience programing and/or operating inspection equipment such as X-ray, CMM, etc. Experience with SAP, Apriso or other ERP or MES systems. FAI experience.
