Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that products meet high quality standards and comply with industry regulations. This position involves working closely with various departments to implement and maintain quality systems, conduct audits, and analyze data to support continuous improvement. Position Overview This role supports both new program launches and ongoing production by ensuring that internal and customer quality standards are consistently met. The Quality Engineer works cross-functionally with operations, engineering, suppliers, and customers to drive continuous improvement and root cause problem-solving. Key Responsibilities Provide technical and quality support for current production and new product introductions Serve as the main point of contact for customer quality concerns Interpret customer specifications and ensure compliance throughout the process Maintain and enhance quality systems in line with applicable industry standards Lead or support internal audits, quality documentation, and control plans Develop and track quality performance metrics Collaborate with suppliers to ensure incoming material meets quality expectations Support cross-functional teams with corrective and preventive actions Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience 4-6 years of experience in a quality role within a heavy industrial manufacturing environment Strong working knowledge of APQP, PPAP, MSA, and
IATF/ISO
standards Familiarity with customer-specific requirements is a plus Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality-related software tools Work Environment Fast-paced, collaborative, and hands-on Involves time on the production floor and in the office May require overtime and flexibility based on production or launch schedules CIV123

Full-time Pay:
$80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
