Your role as an Intern in the Aerospace Defense & Marine Business Unit, will help us make the connections that move the world forward by:- Work with the ADM Central Quality Team and Relay Plant teams to support key projects for the organization and gain practical experience in Quality Engineering
- Learn the impact of the Quality Function on Customer Satisfaction, Manufacturing, Continual Improvement, and New Product Development
- Lead advanced data research to support key Quality projects both at the plant(s) and central quality team levels Responsibilities At TE Connectivity, you'll be part of a global collaborative culture where your innovative approach and actions have the potential to transform the world of tomorrow. In this role you'll:
- Learn about the various Quality roles and teams that are part of the ADM Quality Organization.
- Lead a key/critical Quality data-based project supporting the Mansfield Relays Plant Quality & ADM Central Quality Teams. You're the kind of person we are looking for if you:
- Have earned a high school diploma or GED
- Are currently enrolled in, or pursuing, a BA/BS Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or Electrical Engineering from an accredited college or university—or have equivalent work experience (gap year students may also be considered).
- Preferably have prior internship experience or have completed a major project
- Are authorized to work in the
