Your Impact Drive Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) pillars: Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, and Focused Improvement
Apply Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) to optimize strategies and extend asset life
Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and FMEA to solve chronic issues and boost reliability
Champion condition-based monitoring (vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis) for early failure detection
Influence capital projects with a focus on long-term reliability and maintainability
Coach teams on TPM and RCM principles to build a culture of ownership and continuous improvement What You Bring B.S. in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred)
5+ years of maintenance experience; 0-2 years of engineering experience
Hands-on experience with TPM and RCM in manufacturing or industrial settings
Strong mechanical aptitude; electrical and controls experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft applications and CMMS (SAP preferred)
Lean manufacturing skills (Kaizen, 5S, waste identification)
