ABOUT THIS ROLE

In this role, you will be responsible for: Performing quality planning activities including development of Quality Plan, Quality Assurance Directive and Inspection Plan documents as required by the assigned project(s). Reviewing customer contracts; responsible for requirements analysis, identification and definition Interfaces with Supplier Quality Engineering to provide guidance and support for supplier issues Uses knowledge of inspection tools and techniques to define inspection requirements Participates in process improvement activities through monitoring, root cause investigations, auditing, failure analysis Participates in design document reviews and assists in developing fabrication/build processes and standards Interfaces with internal organizations and systems in performance of the assigned Quality Engineering functions. Qualifications Currently pursuing or have completed a bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field Knowledge of statistical techniques and applications Ability to organize and prioritize assigned tasks Effective written and oral communication skills, good interpersonal skills
