You will work across disciplines within the development teams to drive growth and reach critical business milestones. You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our Tempe, AZ site on a Hybrid work schedule.

Authoring and ensuring development process follows system safety program plans Reliability analysis - Allocations to define requirements Functional hazard analysis Failure conditions requirements analysis Safety requirements decomposition Model based development system design Systems integration Reliability predictions throughout design process Failure mode, effects, and criticality analysis (FMECA) Safety requirements validation & verification Aftermarket safety analysis and reliability metrics tracking Customer interaction Project coordination within a team and/or leading a small team of RMSS engineers
