In this role, your responsibilities will be: Support the engineering design, execution, and commissioning of renewable energy and Battery Energy Storage System projects. Serve as a trusted technical resource for customers by providing engineering expertise and facilitating effective communication between customer teams and internal stakeholders. Coordinate and support installation, startup, testing, and commissioning activities for control systems and associated equipment. Develop, maintain, and track project schedules and commissioning plans to support successful project delivery. Communicate project status, priorities, risks, and resource requirements to stakeholders in a timely and proactive manner. Collaborate with global engineering teams to optimize resources and support project objectives. Identify opportunities to improve engineering processes, execution efficiency, and knowledge sharing across projects. Partner with customers, architectural and engineering firms, contractors, and internal teams to develop solutions that address customer challenges. Contribute to the development, review, and enhancement of operational and field documentation based on project experience and lessons learned. Support a culture of safety, quality, continuous improvement, and customer success throughout project execution.
