- What You Will Do
- + Support the program in the Failure Reporting And Corrective Action (FRACAS) process + Help define failure modes and their effects on systems + Collaborate with hardware/software design teams to identify and resolve non-conformances + Perform data analysis on large, complex data sets, generating actionable reports and recommendations + Analyze system logs to determine cause for system downtime + Utilize experience with various databases for data input, report generation and data management + Automate processes to enhance efficiency and scalability in handling large datasets + Collaborate with engineering teams to communicate findings and address technical challenges + Facilitate effective analysis of data and detection of failure patterns + Interface with stakeholders on issues observed in the fleet for system stability or performance improvements + Present information to internal stakeholders and external customers + Work in a SCIF environment •Qualifications You Must Have•+ Typically requires a bachelor's degree in science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience + Ability to manage and analyze large datasets using Excel, including complex filtering, data matching, and trend analysis.
