Job Description
Our client is a global leader in sustainable building technologies and water conservation solutions. With more than a century of innovation and a strong commitment to environmental responsibility, they develop products used in commercial, institutional, and industrial facilities around the world. They are seeking a Reliability Engineer to support product reliability efforts across new and existing product lines. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with experience in reliability, testing, validation, quality, or product development who is looking to continue growing their career in product reliability. Working alongside an experienced engineering team, you'll help improve product performance, support new product development, investigate product failures, and contribute to ensuring products meet reliability expectations before reaching customers. What You'll Be Doing Support reliability testing and product validation activities for new and existing products Assist with product performance evaluations, life-cycle testing, and failure investigations Participate in FMEA activities and root cause analysis Analyze test data and identify opportunities to improve product reliability Partner with R&D, Product Engineering, and Quality teams throughout the product development process Help develop and execute reliability test plans Support product certification and regulatory testing efforts as needed Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product durability and performance What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline Experience in Reliability Engineering, Test Engineering, Validation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Product Engineering, or Quality Engineering Experience with one or more of the following: Product testing Reliability testing Product validation Failure analysis Root cause analysis FMEA New product development Manufacturing or product development experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Interest in continuing to grow within product reliability engineering Preferred Experience with electromechanical products Exposure to accelerated life or environmental testing Familiarity with reliability engineering methodologies Experience working in a manufacturing environment Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) is a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary Annual bonus opportunity Hybrid flexibility after onboarding Comprehensive benefits package Clear opportunity for technical growth and long-term career development
