Phoenix, Arizona About the Role This hybrid role is based in Phoenix, Arizona, with opportunities to collaborate virtually and in-person at a modern workspace designed for flexibility and teamwork. The location offers access to vibrant city life, outdoor activities, and cultural amenities. Role and Responsibilities Drive continuous improvement by identifying and eliminating system constraints. Develop maintenance methods to improve process efficiency and reliability. Lead root cause analyses of equipment failures and implement corrective actions. Research and apply new reliability processes and predictive methods. Establish KPIs for equipment and lead failure mode/effect analyses. Analyze CMMS data to monitor equipment health and performance. Recommend engineering solutions to enhance safety and eliminate hazards. Experience and Qualification Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 5+ years' experience, or Master's with 3+ years. Field experience in maintenance/reliability within mining, heavy industry, or manufacturing. Strong knowledge of reliability-centered maintenance practices. Experience with engineering design drawings and schematics. Proficiency in MS Office and CMMS tools. Excellent communication skills and customer-focused mindset. Integrity, initiative, and a strong commitment to safety and quality. Proven ability to develop and implement maintenance strategies. Familiarity with preventive/predictive maintenance, defect elimination, and continuous improvement. Experience with SAP or similar CMMS, plus data visualization tools like Power BI.
