Qualified candidates will have a BS in Engineering and 3+ years of Reliability experience in a manufacturing/heavy industrial environment. Relocation assistance available.
Conduct systematic FMEAs on critical assets to identify and mitigate high-risk failure modes.
Oversee the installation and analysis of Vibration Analysis, Thermography, and Ultrasonic sensors.
Track and report on key KPIs including MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures), MTTR (Mean Time To Repair), and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).Audit the Computerized Maintenance Management System (e.g., SAP, Maximo) to ensure work orders provide "clean" data for failure trend analysis.
Provide reliability input for Capital Projects, plant upgrades, and new equipment installations.
