PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to support manufacturing quality, process improvement, and product reliability in Greenville, SC. This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset, manufacturing knowledge, and experience identifying and resolving quality issues.

POSITION

OVERVIEW

The Quality Assurance Engineer supports manufacturing operations by developing quality processes, conducting inspections, analyzing issues, and helping ensure products meet established standards. This position works closely with cross-functional teams to improve quality, maintainpliance, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance procedures and standards.

Conduct inspections and evaluate manufacturing processes to identify quality concerns.

Analyze quality issues and collaborate with teams to determine corrective actions.

Support continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S and structured problem-solving.

Review blues and technical specifications to verify manufacturing and inspection requirements.

Document quality activities, maintain records, and support processpliance.

Work with manufacturing teams on processes such as machining, casting, ing, coating, shot peening, and inspection.

Manage multiple priorities while meeting project deadlines and production requirements.

Use data and analytical methods to identify opportunities for improved quality and process reliability.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in a related field with at least two years of relevant experience, or a high school diplomaGED with at least five years of related experience.

Experience in quality assurance, manufacturing engineering, or a related manufacturing role.

Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality inspection methods.

Ability to read and interpret blues and technical specifications.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and work effectively under deadlines.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Ability to lift heavy objects as required.

$37.46 per hour
