Job Description

Let's introduce ourselves The Plant Quality Engineer (PQE) is an operational role to support production in securing Built in Quality in the production processes. The PQE has the authority to escalate risks in the production process that can jeopardize the quality and customer satisfaction, to initiate actions due to internal and/or external risks and quality deviations, and to take decisions about temporary short term actions to assure quality in production.

What you'll do Support the production teams to build quality in the production process; focus on prevention To support "Best Launches" by early involvement in car programs build series, focusing risk mitigation of process conditions Contribute with a Quality view on product and process solutions in running changes and/or major process changes (e.g. takt time, new shift etc.) Support with problem solving expertise Participate in Quality-network Govern/audit execution of control plan; secure feedback to ME (updating the
FMEA/PII
