Bachelor's degree + 5 yrs exp, AS9100 expertise, team leadership in RCCA, and technical program support. Drive strategic growth, efficiency, and program excellence!

Simpsonville, South Carolina job type: Contract salary: $43.00 - 55.35 per hour work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Partner with senior management, Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), and customers to define and implement proactive quality strategies across program lifecycle stages.

Drive strategic and tactical alignment on quality, cost, and schedule performance while generating CORE and Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ) initiatives to reduce overall costs for Our Client.

Lead cross-functional teams in root cause corrective action (RCCA), failure analysis, and risk mitigation to maintain rigorous quality standards.

Facilitate the completion of internal and customer-required First Article Inspection (FAI) reviews to ensure complete technical and contractual compliance.

Prepare for and actively lead customer, internal, and third-party regulatory audits to champion continuous improvement for Our Client.
qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience in manufacturing or design program quality support. Hands-on experience with AS9100 Quality Management Systems and leading cross-functional teams in root cause, failure, and corrective/preventative action analysis. Preferred Six Sigma/Lean or ASQ certifications, AS9102 FAI expertise, and a proven track record interfacing directly with customers and regulatory auditors for Our Client.
