Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated professional with demonstrated capabilities. A successful individual in this role must have strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced, deadline driven, ever-changing environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead small projects to install new equipment such as instruments, variable frequency drives, UPS's, etc Replace obsolete equipment ( VFD's, PLC's, Instruments, HMIs ) Function as the site Radiation Safety Officer ( training will be provided ) Reviews testing of Safety Instrumented Systems ( Safety and Process Interlocks ) Analyze failure modes and replacement strategies Troubleshooting of 480V systems Voltage Maintain Maintenance and Reliability KPI's Develop reliability project scopes based on manufacturing and operational needs. Continually track and monitor reliability issues in focus area; pareto based value. Provide value added economical solutions for reliability issues. Enhance proper documentation of equipment in various plant systems. Work with site EHS to ensure OSHA regulations and Compliance regulations are fully met. Facilitate reliability solutions with key stakeholders. Timely completion and closure of reliability improvements Recommend improvement in sites systems to enhance reliable asset performance. Perform other duties, assignments and projects as assigned. Learn from support role models. Ability to train technicians and create training documents. Employee strategic reliability principles for continuous improvement (FMEA, RCFA, PPA. etc.) Champion the Integration of existing work processes into Digital Solutions (Hand Held field devices ).
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Lean Six Sigma exposure (certification preferred) 10 years minimum experience in a manufacturing and chemical process environment Experience in Microsoft 365 Versed in the operation of electric motors Versed in the operation and programming of Variable Frequency Drives Versed in NEC and NFPA codes Experience with HART devices Ability to read PID's, Motor Wiring Diagrams, Single Line and PLC Logic prints Strong communication skills Ability to learn high voltage power distribution (100,000V to 12,470V to 480V) We are an equal opportunity employer M/F/D/V Drug tests are required, unless prohibited by law.
