Job Description Insight Global is seeking a hands-on Reliability Technician to support production operations by ensuring equipment reliability and minimizing downtime. This role combines technical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is a skilled problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working directly on equipment enhancements. This position requires experience supporting and troubleshooting lamination machines used in automotive interior manufacturing and will serve as the escalation point for complex issues from shift technicians, providing advanced diagnostics, root cause analysis, and long-term reliability solutions. Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years industrial maintenance experience
• Experience with lamination machines used in automotive interior manufacturing
• Electrical troubleshooting (drives, relays, etc.)
• Project implementation with minimal oversite (can be minor projects, but must be 'projects')
• Exposure to root cause analysis (RCA) / Critical Event Analysis / FMEA
• Some sort of certification (mechatronics, journey man electrical, something more than OSHA 10
• the goal is to show they can and are willing to do extra work to improve their ability
• Mechanical troubleshooting (repeat breakdown parts / upgrades to fix repeat issues).
