Duties:
Act as a technical resource for manufacturing by providing quality expertise to assist with development of APQP documentation. This includes, but is not limited to, control plans, PFMEAs, flow charts, and inspection plans. Support manufacturing in achieving quality and policy deployment goals. Actively participate and assist manufacturing to ensure quality requirements are in compliance in daily operations. Use a combination of Quality and Six Sigma tools to ensure quality requirements are in compliance to industry standard, ISO/TS16949:2009, and customer specific requirements. Investigate customer concerns, develop containment activities, and coach 8D team in implementation of both process and system countermeasures as applicable. Ensure satisfactory completion of 8D documentation prior to submission to customer. Ensure compliance to industry standard, ISO/TS16949:2009, and customer specific requirements. Manage action plans for quality improvements. Actively supports and manages within Brazeways mission, vision, Code of Conduct and Process Based Leadership guidelines. Actively supports our 5S + Safety programs. Support customer relationships with travel as needed.
