Job Description

Job Description The Process/Quality Engineering Internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in the field of engineering, focusing on process optimization and improvement strategies within our operations. Interns will work closely with experienced engineers to analyze current processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and reliability. This role is crucial in supporting the overall operational goals of the organization, ensuring that equipment and processes run smoothly and effectively. Interns will gain valuable insights into engineering principles and practices while contributing to real-world projects that impact the company's performance. By the end of the internship, candidates will have developed a strong foundation in Process and Quality engineering, preparing them for future career opportunities in the field. Requirements Currently enrolled in an Engineering program in either junior or senior class status Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in AutoCAD preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Excel Ability to visualize processes and write up processes logically Problem-solving skills Mechanically and/or electrically skilled Good project management skills Highly driven and able to operate effectively without the need for frequent direction Works well with others and fosters a positive, cooperative team dynamic Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
