$90-100 / hour Job Description Sirius Staffing is seeking an Entry Level Reliability Engineer in Etowah, Tn for a long term contract role. We are seeking an Entry Level Reliability Engineer for an onsite opportunity in Etowah, TN. This role is ideal for a recent engineering graduate or junior-level engineer looking to build hands-on experience in maintenance and reliability engineering within an industrial manufacturing environment. The engineer will support reliability initiatives, equipment performance improvement efforts, and maintenance best practices while working alongside experienced engineering and operations teams. Responsibilities Support maintenance and reliability initiatives across plant operations Assist with equipment failure investigations and root cause analysis efforts Participate in reliability studies including RCM and FMEA evaluations Help develop and improve preventive and predictive maintenance strategies Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to troubleshoot equipment issues Analyze equipment performance data and recommend improvement opportunities Support continuous improvement and asset reliability projects Assist with the development and updates of maintenance procedures and documentation Provide technical support to maintenance and operations personnel Qualifications Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering required Recent graduate or junior-level engineering experience preferred Internship or co-op experience in manufacturing, maintenance, or reliability environments is a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to work onsite in Etowah, TN Familiarity with maintenance and reliability concepts preferred Exposure to Root Cause Analysis, FMEA, or reliability methodologies is a plus Meet Your Recruiter Alicia Paslawsky
