For we are looking for you as location Humboldt, TN Validation Engineer What awaits you : You will validate customer order configurations, technical data, wiring diagrams, and software to ensure a smooth and error-free manufacturing process You will analyze validation data, identify trends and recurring issues, and drive sustainable improvements to production quality You will support production, engineering, and quality teams by resolving complex technical questions and configuration inconsistencies You will coordinate engineering and configuration changes during the manufacturing process and support change management activities You will develop new validation tools and improve existing processes to increase efficiency, reliability, and data quality What you bring to the table: You have a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience You have experience in an electrical, electronics, or mechanical manufacturing environment You have the ability to read and interpret technical documentation, including electrical wiring schematics You have experience working with SAP and are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and enjoy working across multiple departments You have strong communication skills, are fluent in English, and are willing to travel occasionally as needed We are looking forward to receiving your application.
