A Product Quality Engineer evaluates and tests products and manufacturing systems, to ensure that products are produced that meet quality and performance standards as well as safety and regulatory requirements. Develops product quality standards and monitors production and product testing.

No PURPOSE At Falcon Plastics, quality isn't something we inspect into a product, it's something we engineer into every process. The Quality Engineer ensures our manufacturing systems consistently produce products our customers can trust. You will partner with engineering, production, customers, and suppliers to develop robust quality systems that ensure our products consistently meet customer expectations and industry standards. You'll solve problems, improve processes, reduce risk, and help launch new programs with confidence while strengthening our culture of continuous improvement.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead quality planning activities for new product launches, including PPAPs, PFMEAs, Control Plans, inspection methods, and validation documentation. Partner with Production, Tooling, and Operations to identify risks early and implement practical solutions Analyze quality data using SPC and other statistical tools to identify trends, reduce variation, and improve process capability Review engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements to ensure products can be manufactured consistently Communicate quality performance, risks, and improvement opportunities to leaders and cross-functional teams Develop programming for CMM Assist
