Senior Commissioning Engineer / Provider (MEP / Building Systems) ????Nashville, TN (On-site) ???? Full-Time 3-4 days a week on-site 30% travel No Visa Sponsorship available We are working with a leading multidisciplinary engineering and consulting firm that is expanding its commissioning team in Nashville. They are looking for a Senior Commissioning Provider to take ownership of commissioning projects from pre-construction through closeout, acting as a key technical lead and client-facing representative. Key Responsibilities Lead commissioning projects from design phase through construction and final turnover Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams Develop commissioning scopes, proposals, and fee structures Perform design reviews (OPR, BOD, plans/specifications) Create and execute commissioning plans, including PFCs, FPTs, and ISTs Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent MEP/commissioning experience) ~5+ years of experience in commissioning, MEP construction, or building systems engineering Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, and building systems Experience with commissioning processes, documentation, and system testing Familiarity with ASHRAE guidelines, energy codes, and LEED commissioning is a plus If you're interested, apply above or email your resume to evie.johnson@lumicity.io
