Job Description Insight Global is partnering with a Healthcare start-up in the value-based primary care space who is looking for a Sr. QA Engineer to join their team, sitting remotely. Position Summary The QA Engineer validates the functionality, accuracy, and reliability of AI-enabled applications and Snowflake-driven data workflows. This role blends manual testing with AI-assisted test creation and focuses heavily on integration testing across ingestion, transformation, and output layers. We're targeting an hourly rate of $50-55/HR. This will b a 6-month contract with the potential ability to convert to an FTE. Key Responsibilities
  • Perform manual functional testing for applications, agents, and workflows
  • Use AI tools (Cortex/Coco) to generate and refine test cases
  • Conduct integration testing across data pipelines (source → ingestion → transformation → output)
  • Validate data accuracy between sandbox and production environments
  • Identify defects, document issues, and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve them
  • Ensure quality standards and prevent regressions or tech debt

  • 7+ years in manual QA
  • Strong experience with integration testing and data validation (manual testing)
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted testing or LLM-based test generation
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work across multiple engineering teams
  • Healthcare or value-based care experience
  • Background in accounting, analytics, or other detail-heavy disciplines
  • Experience testing Snowflake-based workflows
