Job Description

Are you passionate about driving quality excellence and ensuring world‑class customer satisfaction? DRÄXLMAIER El Jem is looking for a Customer Complaint & Quality Coordinator to strengthen our Quality team and support continuous improvement across our operations. Key Responsibilities Ensure efficient follow‑up of customer complaints and verify the effectiveness of corrective actions. Collect, analyze, and process non‑conformities through QSYS and customer portals. Manage 8D Reports in alignment with VDA 6.3, ensuring robust immediate, corrective, and preventive actions. Prepare professional customer complaint presentations and ensure clear communication to all relevant stakeholders. Participate in problem‑solving workshops, resident meetings, and customer audit preparation. Conduct regular audits to verify the implementation of corrective actions on shop floors. Propose process improvements to enhance overall product quality and reduce non‑quality costs. Create quality reports and KPIs to support decision‑making and continuous improvement. Ensure strict adherence to safety, fire protection, and environmental standards; participate in monitoring rounds and manage environmental non‑conformities. Requirements Engineering Degree/University degree o. Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Management (automotive preferred). Strong command of German and/or English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IT tools. Solid knowledge of
IATF 16949, VDA
