401(k) matching Health insurance Paid time off Training & development Tuition assistance Vision insurance Full job description Overview Technical Professional (Field‑Based) We are seeking experienced Technical Professionals to support active commercial commissioning projects across Texas. These are hands‑on, on‑site role ideal for mid‑career candidates who enjoy working directly with building systems, contractors, and project teams to verify systems are installed, tested, and operating as intended. The ideal candidate for this position has practical experience with mechanical and/or electrical systems, equipment start‑ups, controls, or building automation , and is comfortable troubleshooting in live construction environments. This role emphasizes field execution, technical judgment, and ownership from start‑up through system acceptance. Responsibilities Perform hands‑on field evaluation and testing of mechanical, electrical, and building systems Support start‑up verification, functional performance testing, and system integration Participate in site walk‑downs, inspections, and commissioning meetings Coordinate with contractors, trades, and project teams to resolve field issues Document testing results and support project closeout Qualifications 5+ years of relevant field experience in commissioning, construction, or building systems Strong hands‑on experience with mechanical and/or electrical systems Ability to read construction documents and sequences of operation Comfortable working on active job sites and in occupied spaces Strong troubleshooting skills and clear communication This is a full‑time, on‑site position.
