What you will do Responsible for all quality stage gate processes for the new product launch at Arlington TX site Work closely with contract manufacturing (CM) partner to meet or beat daily quality goals on first pass yield/finish yield driving continuous improvement projects Audit CM's QMS system to identify gaps as appropriate and implement action plan to close the findings Manage supplier corrective action reporting for non-conformities and noncompliance of Enphase approved products/processes. Share poke yoke/best practice implementation across other site for collaboration and cross factory process improvement opportunities. Who You Are and What you bring BS/MS in Engineering (Electrical/ Electronics/Industrial/Mechanical) along with 10+ years of technical manufacturing experience on SMA/SMT technologies with repair and troubleshooting. Strong understanding and working experience on APQP, Minitab
