WILL RESIDE IN CUSTOMER FACILITY DESCRIPTION

Serve as the link between the plant and the manufacturing facility and be the communication link between Customer Plant and company should be computer literate and familiar with Excel, Word, and email, highly organized, and have superior communication skills as he/she will interface with customers Provide technical support and system understanding and be an integral part of the response teams Develop customer relationships in the plant to improve the product and maintain or increase the business 6-10 years / 10+ years of related work experience, training in computer applications, and college degree with a major in Engineering Responsibilities Re-verify parts within the computer system and verify all suspect product and maintain product test equipment Perform a good first level analysis of non-conformances and input data into Incident Reporting System (IRS) Conduct/coordinate initial 24 hour containment and where required coordinate additional containment Expedite non-confirming material back to company same day Monitor/negotiate Global Customer Base Return Parts Per Million (PPM) rates Provide/coordinate special event activity and write a weekly trip report #LI-WH1 #INDOEM
