Role Overview We are seeking an eager and highly analytical Product QA Engineer to join our hardware and infrastructure testing team. You will validate the reliability, performance, and thermal integrity of our next-generation AI and machine learning servers. Working alongside senior hardware and software engineers, you will ensure our high-density systems meet the rigorous demands of enterprise and data center workloads.
Key Responsibilities System Testing:
manual and automated test cases on AI server racks, GPUs, CPUs, and high-speed networking components.
Performance Validation:
Run benchmarking, stress testing, and thermal throttling tests to ensure hardware stability under heavy AI model training and inference loads.
Defect Tracking:
Document hardware anomalies and software bugs, isolating issues to the firmware, driver, or component level.
Test Automation:
Assist in building and maintaining test scripts (Python/Bash) for continuous integration of system builds.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with hardware design, manufacturing, and software teams to replicate failures and verify fixes.
Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
Experience:
0-3 years of hands-on QA, testing, or validation experience (internships count).
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with server architecture, x86_64 hardware, GPUs, or data center networking. Basic scripting/programming experience (Python, C++, or Bash). Understanding of Linux environments.
Mindset:
Strong troubleshooting skills, high attention to detail, and a passion for pushing hardware to its limits.
