Join a growing team where you'll investigate product failures, drive corrective actions, and work directly with dealers, suppliers, and customers to improve product quality and reliability. Key Responsibilities Analyze failed warranty parts and perform root cause investigations

Review dealer and customer quality concerns and provide timely resolution support

Inspect components against engineering drawings and identify non-conformances

Prepare detailed failure analysis reports and present findings to cross-functional teams

Collaborate with suppliers to resolve product quality issues and implement corrective actions

Support product updates, service campaigns, and warranty recovery efforts

Monitor dealer service portals and partner with field service teams to address technical concerns

Conduct parts teardown inspections, quality audits, and product evaluations

Assist with quality improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and product performance Qualifications Bachelor's or Associate degree in Engineering or related technical discipline preferred

5+ years of experience in failure analysis, quality engineering, inspections, warranty analysis, or root cause investigations

Extensive knowledge of tractors, agricultural equipment, construction equipment, or off-road vehicles required

Strong understanding of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, diagnostics, ECUs, and troubleshooting tools

Ability to read engineering drawings and inspect parts for compliance

Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint

SAP experience is a plus
