Quality Assurance Project Engineer

Houston, Texas job type: Contract salary: $39.00 - 48.10 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Track daily site progress including manpower, tasks, and punch lists and maintain detailed weekly reporting.

Conduct site and manufacturing facility visits to assess production progress, ensure equipment certification, and enforce safety standards.

Schedule and lead 2-3 week look-ahead calls with suppliers to anticipate capacity, equipment deliveries, and inspection hold points.

Ensure strict adherence to project drawings, welding codes, and local building regulations while conducting workmanship verification.

Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to mitigate delay risks, optimize manufacturing processes, and resolve technical challenges.
