Job Description

Engineering excellence by making quality non-negotiable The Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring product, service, and process quality by developing standards, control plans, and inspection methods while maintaining compliance with customer and regulatory requirements. This role analyzes data, leads root cause and Corrective & Preventative Action (CAPA) activities, supports & collaborates with production and engineering to reduce variation and drive continuous improvement. The Quality Engineer also monitors key metrics, supports audits, and provides technical guidance to sustain operational excellence. What You'll Bring Five (5) years of experience in manufacturing quality or related engineering role, required. Strong knowledge of quality systems (ISO 9001 or similar). Experience with root cause analysis and problem-solving tools (8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone, etc.). Familiarity with statistical methods and data analysis (SPC, capability studies, etc.). Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills. Demonstrated problem-solving capability (root cause, corrective action) and continuous improvement mindset (Six Sigma Certification, preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced skills quality/data analysis tools. Experience with PFMEA, control plans, and process validation. Experience with
SAP QM/MES
