Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Perform Dismantle, Inspection, and Failure Analysis (DIFA) on returned or failed equipment and components. Identify failure modes, determine root causes, and document findings in detailed technical reports. Collaborate with design, manufacturing, quality, and field service teams to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions. Analyze reliability and performance data to identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement. Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing equipment uptime, reliability, and product quality. Maintain accurate records of inspections, analyses, and corrective action recommendations. Assist in developing and refining failure analysis procedures, standards, and best practices. Communicate technical findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders and customers as needed. Ensure compliance with company standards, engineering practices, and applicable industry requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related discipline. Experience in reliability engineering, failure analysis, root cause investigation, or a related technical field. Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or electromechanical systems. Knowledge of failure analysis methodologies, reliability principles, and problem-solving tools. Strong analytical, technical writing, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and manage multiple priorities.
