Key Responsibilities Collaborate with DevOps, Product Leads, and business stakeholders to review requirements, clarify acceptance criteria, and define testing scope Design and implement comprehensive QA strategies, test plans, and automation approaches to support software delivery Ensure applications and technology solutions meet established quality standards, business requirements, and user expectations Develop and integrate automated tests and quality checks within CI/CD pipelines Define, track, analyze, and report testing and quality metrics to leadership and key stakeholders Design and develop dashboards, KPIs, quality metrics, trends, and actionable insights to improve decision-making Drive continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies using data-driven insights and AI-powered capabilities Participate in architecture and solution design discussions to ensure testability and quality considerations are incorporated early in the SDLC Promote best practices in quality assurance, test automation, and defect management Perform and support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for critical quality issues Conduct risk analysis, identify quality trends, and recommend appropriate risk mitigation solutions Support enterprise QA process improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma principles Identify opportunities to reduce waste, cycle time, defects, and rework across IT operations and delivery Promote consistent adoption of standardized QA processes across IT teams Implement automated controls to validate data completeness, accuracy, consistency, reconciliation, and metric integrity Promote a quality-first culture and continuous improvement across delivery teams Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related Engineering field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Skills Playwright Selenium Ansible Java Python JavaScript Jenkins GitHub Actions GitLab CI Generative AI and AI/ML Capabilities Power BI JIRA ServiceNow qTest SharePoint CI/CD Pipeline Integration Quality Engineering Test Automation Defect Management Testing Methodologies Quality Metrics and Reporting Root Cause Analysis Risk Analysis and Mitigation Lean Six Sigma Requirements Gathering Stakeholder Management Data Validation and Reconciliation Written and Verbal Communication Analytical Problem Solving Schedule Start date: 2026-11-09
