Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Strong Technical Quality Expertise:
Expected to apply quality engineering tools and methodologies
such as statistical analysis, SPC, DOE, risk management, process validation, supplier quality, failure
investigations, auditing, and quality planning to drive product and process excellence.
Compliance and Continuous Improvement:
Ensures products and processes meet applicable
regulatory, corporate, and quality system requirements while driving measurable process improvements
and supporting internal and supplier audits.
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for supporting new product development and sustaining engineering activities from concept
through product launch and maintenance, ensuring compliance with quality, design control, and
regulatory requirements.
Generic Managerial Skills, If Any
Cross-Functional Project Participation:
Acts as the Quality representative on development and
sustaining projects, reviews and approves protocols, reports, specifications, test methods, and influences
stakeholders across functions.
Salary Range:
$100,000-$120,000 a year
