Job Description:

As a Jr. Quality Engineer you will play a critical part in ensuring that high-performance transformer products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and reliability. How you'll make an impact Perform electrical, mechanical, and visual inspections Test incoming materials, in-process assemblies, and finished products Identify and document non-conformances; escalate when needed Support root cause analysis and corrective actions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues Maintain accurate quality records, reports, and data Participate in audits, process reviews, and risk assessments Support Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives Your background U.S. citizenship required Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or equivalent experience 3+ years in manufacturing or quality environments preferred Knowledge of ISO standards and Quality Management Systems Experience with quality tools (8D, FMEA, root cause analysis) Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications More about us Be part of a global leader advancing a sustainable energy future Access continuous learning, development, and career growth opportunities Work in a collaborative environment focused on innovation, safety, and inclusion Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
