Job Description
As a Quality Engineer II here at Solstice Advanced Materials, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of quality control / assurance activities and the delivery of high-quality products, frequently interact with customers, defining expectations and ensuring offering required support to all customers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality control processes, ensuring that all products meet or exceed industry standards. You will report directly to our

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- + Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure product quality and reliability + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues + Conduct quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards + Analyze data and implement corrective actions to improve product quality + Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control processes + Interact with customers resolving quality and reliability concerns / feedback.

- Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- + Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering + 3-8 years of experience in quality engineering or a similar role + Stronge knowledge of data analysis and SPC techniques. + Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools
WE VALUE
- + Experience with quality management systems and processes, + Six Sigma Green belt is preferred; Six Sigma Black Belt is an advantage.

COMPENSATION
- The annual base salary range for this position is
- $•$89k-$112k.
