Job Description Support and maintain the organization's quality management system and continuous improvement initiatives. Participate in internal, external, and customer-facing quality audits while helping ensure compliance with industry standards. Develop, implement, and improve quality processes, inspection methods, and supporting documentation. Investigate product and process quality issues using data analysis, root cause analysis, and corrective action methodologies. Drive quality planning activities, including risk assessments, control plans, process documentation, and validation efforts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes, product quality, and customer satisfaction. Monitor quality metrics and provide timely reporting to support operational and business objectives. Lead or support problem-solving efforts related to inspection results, customer concerns, and process performance. Assist with new product launches and ongoing production by ensuring quality requirements are effectively implemented and maintained. Identify opportunities for process improvement and help implement solutions that enhance quality, efficiency, and compliance. The Successful Applicant 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing quality environment. Experience with customer quality requirements, corrective actions, and quality improvement projects. Experience supporting APQP, PPAP, product validation, or new product launches preferred. Experience with
ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO
14001, or similar quality management systems preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Working knowledge of quality tools and continuous improvement methodologies. Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation. Experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and process capability analysis. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
