In this position you will provide support to manufacturing operations as well as work with engineering and other departments to ensure product requirements. You will interact with all customers and vendors during development, launch and production phases of programs to ensure customer satisfaction. You will also provide measurement, dimensional, and gaging assistance to operations. Essential Job Functions Provide customer support & interaction during development, launch & production. Support all areas of IATF certification & compliance. Create & maintain customer PPAP documentation. Manage all customer/supplier corrective action requests. Continuously be safety oriented in your work and watch for safety hazards. Manage individual lines per customer & IATF requirements. Actively participate in line; departmental and plant-wide meetings to assure all issues are promptly and effectively communicated to appropriate personnel. Participate in team problem solving as needed. Provide document changes, tracking and training. Track system/customer measurable per data management plan. Continuous improvement and measure supplier performance. Data management for quality related areas (i.e. Layered process audits, issues CPR's, etc.)
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate Degree in a technical field preferred or four years' experience in related field required. Must have the ability to perform all essential functions as required by the position Familiarity with
GD&T, & PPAP
requirements Professional communication skills, verbal, written, listening and presentation Working knowledge of Microsoft Office SPC Training - advanced knowledge desired Experience with
ISO 14001 & IATF
Certification is a plus
