Micron's Pathfinding Design Team focuses on enabling next-generation memory technologies through early-stage concept development, advanced circuit design, and comprehensive verification. The team works across DRAM and emerging memory technologies to deliver innovative, high-impact memory solutions. The Design and Verification Engineer plays a key role in verifying and developing advanced memory technologies. The position begins with full-chip functional verification responsibilities and offers opportunities to expand into array architecture definition, analysis, and mixed-signal circuit development. Responsibilities- Perform full-chip functional verification on Micron memory development projects.
- Develop verification plans by thoroughly understanding composition specifications.
- Build SystemVerilog testbenches to achieve complete functional coverage.
- Apply SystemVerilog assertions and verification techniques detailed in testing.
- Collaborate with digital design teams to debug test cases and ensure functional accuracy. Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Proficiency with UNIX and Cadence design environments, including simulation, schematic entry, and SPF extraction.
- Experience with circuit-level verification using analog, SPICE, and Verilog design tools.
- Basic understanding of semiconductor physics and electronic circuits. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with design-for-test (DFT) methodologies for memory products.
- Exposure to RTL verification, static timing analysis (STA), or timing-accurate Verilog.
